The Surrey Strangers finished the regular season on a 26-game winning streak, which was extended to 34 games before they lost to the Venom in the first game of the Campbell Semi-Finals Series. Those same Venom went on to win the series and then triumphed over the Corinthians in 5 games, thus becoming the fourth WHL Cyber Cup Champions.
