The Albany Mallrats, led by superstars Mario Lemieux and Eric Lindros, were just too strong and went all the way to the Cyber Cup. Their opponent in finals, the Kodiaks, had amazing playoffs due to the great performance of goaltender Kirk McLean, but it wasn't enough.
